Base rates are one way for 1 or 2 passengers from the same location.

Add $5.00 to the base rate for each additional passenger. 

Maximum of 5 passengers per mini van.

Between the hours of 10:00 pm and 5:00 am, a $10 surcharge applies.  Rates do not include driver gratuity.  Airport Xpress accepts cash, checks, Master Card or Visa.  Credit cards have an additional fee of $3.00

Please give 3 HOURS NOTICE  on all cancellations.  Airport Xpress will charge the customer the full cost of the fare if proper notification is not given on a cancellation.

Airport Xpress will abide by the email confirmation sent to the customer.  If the information is incorrect and the customer does not notify Airport Xpress about the incorrect information, the customer will be charged the full cost of the fare.

If there is a delay with pick-up at the airport due to lost luggage or a delay in retrieving luggage, or any other reason that delays the driver for more than 1 hour after the plane lands on domestic flights or 1.5 hours on an international flight, the driver will charge an additional fee of $10.00 per van.

Drivers will be on location for pick-ups on all incoming domestic flights 30 minutes after the plane lands and one hour after the plane lands on international flights.  Please call if you find that your flight will be delayed for more than one hour.
